Cut District, Azizi Riviera 35, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We decide how the details you give us are used, and we handle them in line with the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

When you book: your name, mobile number, email address and any notes you choose to add. When you visit: the services you had, who looked after you, what you paid and any membership you hold.

If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we see what those services share with us. We do not take card details online. Payment is made in the shop.

• To book, confirm, change and remind you about appointments.
• To contact you if something about your appointment changes.
• To run your membership and keep a record of your visits and payments.
• To keep the business records the law requires.

Booking confirmations, changes, cancellations and reminders. We don't send marketing unless you ask us to, and you can stop it at any time.

Only the service providers that run our bookings: website hosting, the database our diary is kept in, and the email service that sends your confirmations. They process your details on our behalf and for no other purpose. Some of these providers store data outside the UAE; where they do, we use providers bound to protect it.

We never sell your information or share it for advertising.

While you are a client, and afterwards only as long as we need to for accounting and legal reasons. When we no longer need your details, we remove what identifies you and keep only the anonymous financial record.

Access to the booking system is password protected and limited to the shop. Connections to this website are encrypted.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to have them removed by emailing info@cutdistrict.ae or asking at the front desk. We'll reply within 30 days.
