Free changes up to 12 hours before
Cancel or move your appointment at no charge up to 12 hours before it starts.
Late cancellations
Cancellations within 12 hours may be charged at 50% of the service price.
Missed appointments
If you don't arrive, we may charge the full price or ask for a deposit on future bookings.
